He received his bachelor's degree in biology from The University of Texas and his doctorate of medicine degree from Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his internship and residency in the Division of Internal Medicine at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. For nearly two decades, cardiologist Dr. Jeffrey Fenster and the Cardiac Institute of the Palm Beaches, PA, have been providing patients in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter unparalleled personalized care. He completed his internship and residency in the Division of Internal Medicine at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, and his fellowships in general and interventional cardiology at the University of Miami.
